WHAT IS A MUSICAL SOJOURN?
Musical Sojourns are multi-day music experiences in beautiful world-class cities that bring together musicians – from the US from the countries we visit – for intimate collaborative performances. As a music and travel loving participant, you will be treated to 6 days in these magnificent cities with numerous private performances throughout the week in unique and historical venues.
In 2023, EO Worldwide’s Sojourn in Porto, Portugal featured six unforgettable days of music, cultural exploration, food, wine, and community. Venues included the 19th century Palacio da Bolsa, a private cruise boat on the Douro River, a working Tribunal that serves as Portugual’s Federal appeals court, and other historic buildings where music is seldom heard.

MATT BUTLER
Matt Butler is a musician, producer, conductor and founder of the acclaimed Everyone Orchestra. For Matt, music and travel have always been synonymous.
Matt has been touring and exploring the globe for over 20 years. A sojourn to India with wife Julie in the late 90’s opened his eyes to the concept of music as the Universal language. An explorer by nature, Matt is deeply interested in how musicians interact with music in different cultures, from where they sit in society to how they’re appreciated and nurtured.
Musical Sojourns is a natural extension of his passions.
